Homegirlz Beauty Shop looks forward for all our baby girls to rock their bomb beauty essentials, Although if we experience unusual and suspicious activities from a purchase, We have the right to refuse and block your account from future purchases. If we feel we must take preventative measures to protect our company from any shipping/fraudulent order mishaps.

(If your order comes out as HIGH RISK fraud we have the right to refuse your order)

Returns: No returns, refunds or exchanges 

Shipping: Once you receive a tracking number and package is given to the post office we're not held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Shipments are shipped out MONDAY-THURSDAY through USPS. We don't work Fri-Sunday. Orders can take up to 14 days to ship. 

Missing Package: Please make sure the address you input for your order is correct to where you would like your package shipped too. We are not responsible to pay extra shipping if your order is returned to us due to an incorrect entry. If your order says delivered and did not arrive please contact your local USPS to where you can retrieve information on your package. 

Pre Order:  Sometimes we have big request from customers of items to be posted as a pre order meaning you can order before we have them in our possession. Pre orders would not be shipped until the date noted on the products details. Please be patient when you order a pre order from our website.
